1. Scope
Applies to marketing communications. Strictly transactional or legal communications (e.g., service notices, billing, regulatory requirements) may continue to be sent when necessary.
2. How to Request Opt-Out?
Email Marketing
- Click "Unsubscribe" in the email footer
- Or write to [email protected] indicating "Opt-Out Email"
- Processing may take up to 10 business days per CAN-SPAM
SMS/Text Messages
- Reply "STOP" to stop receiving SMS
- For help, text "HELP"
- Standard carrier rates apply
- We can also process your exclusion manually via email/phone
Phone Calls
- Request to be added to our internal "Do Not Call" list

- Implementation within reasonable timeframe (up to 30 days for legacy systems)
- Maintained for at least 5 years per industry practices

3. Exclusion Scope

4. Third Parties and Providers
If you communicate with us through third-party platforms (e.g., Input1 payment portal), you must manage any communication preferences for that third party there.
